Allotrac Loader

Allotrac Loader is a companion mobile application to the Allotrac Truck mobile application and provides a paperless workflow for the loader operator at the pick-up location. The Allotrac Loader mobile application ensures the operator is aware of the inbound vehicle and driver that is returning to the yard. The easy-to-use mobile application provides the operator with information on the driver, vehicle, location, material, and quantity to be loaded. The real-time flow of information mitigates any confusion for the driver or the loader operator with the loading area specified in the job information by the allocator. The workflow automation between the multiple applications increases the efficiency by minimising the time spent between deliveries and eliminating the need for paper. Please note: The Allotrac Loader mobile application requires the Allotrac cloud-based web application to be used in conjunction with the Allotrac Truck mobile application and a license to utilise the software. Key Features:- Instantaneous Information: Real-time access and flow of information between the allocator, the driver, and the loader operator. - Visibility of Inbound Vehicles: The operator of the loader can be notified of the inbound vehicle approaching the yard by job status. - Compliance: Pre-start checklists can be enabled on login to the asset for the operator to complete at the start of each shift. - Checklists: Delivery checklists, as well as terms and conditions, can be automated for the loader operator to complete upon pick-up. - Collation of data: The operator can be prompted to confirm the quantities and the measurement of the unit when loading the vehicle. - Integration with Allotrac Truck: Allotrac Loader can be synced with the Allotrac Truck mobile application and can automatically update the quantity that was loaded by the operator utilising the Allotrac Loader mobile application. - Integration with Allotrac Kiosk: Allotrac Loader can be synced with the Allotrac Kiosk mobile application and can automatically update the quantity that was loaded by the operator utilising the Allotrac Loader mobile application.
